A Nurturing Environment Accompanied by A Cheerful Atmosphere

Kindergarten is an important milestone in a child’s life filled with academic and social growth. Students are immersed in a classroom that is safe place for them to learn, grow and explore. The daily skills that students practice in kindergarten are building blocks for their future success in school and life.

In Setaregan International Kindergarten, kids build core values like compassion, responsibility and empathy in an environment filled with love and support.

In our 4 decades of experience, we’ve come to realize that the start of your child’s academic life should be nothing short of exceptional !

Our program incorporates literacy, phonics, and pre-writing to enhance the children’s learning experience. The children are also involved in their own learning process by doing activities such as storytelling, puppet show, songs and rhymes, puzzles and interactive games. Language Classes

A different Language is a different vision of life.

Our establishment provides an opportunity for the children to learn Languages such as Farsi and French alongside English to increase their creativity. After all, to a certain degree every child enters a new world by learning a new language.

Robotics

Considering the increasing applications of Robotics in real life, teaching fundamentals of Robotics and STEM concepts to children is a necessity.

The Robotic Classes here at Setaregan International Kindergarten enable the children to make various operating robots through a 3D assembling method.
In each session of our Robotics, the kids team up with their partners to build Robots and watch them operate in class.

Music Classes

Our music classes for kindergarten and preschool covers all the fundamentals young children need to prepare them for a lifetime of music appreciation.

A joyful music program of rhythm, singing, finger play, active movement games and introduction to keeping beats and telling the difference between loud and soft.

The peak age for brain and ear development is around 4years old. The children are introduced to the musical understanding through a variety of activities including rhythm, movements, ear training (learning about high notes and low notes) and music patterns.

Expressive Art Classes

Arts and Design involves extended children’s creativity, curiosity, exploration and play. Here at Setaregan all children are encouraged to express their individuality to acquire new skills through a wide range of activities.

Art classes introduce the children to color texture and modeling. Children are also familiarized with a variety of materials and techniques to create their own vision. The art activities are mostly child-centered and some do not have a pre-set outcome however the art teachers help children to choose their own approach to the world of Art.

Physical Development

Helps children to gain confidence in what they do. It enables them to feel the benefits of being healthy, active, and develop a positive sense of well-being

Kindergartners are still developing their gross motor skills, like walking, running, jumping, skipping and dancing. Up to this point in life, many children have not explored a variety of direction in movement. They may have focused on moving forward, sometimes neglecting the muscles and motor skills needed for other movements. In our gym class children practice walking in a straight line, in zig-zag lines, backward, sideways and even like various animals.
